Salary: $22$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team and support children during this critical stage of development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Supporting childrens emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Creating a classroom environment that is nurturing, inclusive, and safe
• Collaborating with families and fellow staff members to ensure each childs success
• Observing and documenting developmental milestones
• Upholding MN state childcare licensing standards and center policies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain in 30 days of employment)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, dependable, and caring attitude toward children and team members
