Job Description

MedSpa Receptionist – Full-Time

Arlington (Viridian) & Colleyville

Glo & Glam Medspa is seeking a polished, friendly Receptionist to be the first face our clients see. If you love beauty, wellness, and creating a 5-star client experience, this is for you!

What You’ll Do

Warmly greet patients and check them in for appointments
Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Share information about memberships, promotions, and treatment options
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Support providers and staff to ensure smooth, efficient visits
Address patient concerns with care and escalate when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and waiting area
Assist with events and occasional marketing activities as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience in MedSpa, healthcare, hospitality, or beauty preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional, upbeat, and client-focused
Flexible schedule, including evenings & weekends
