About the Role

As the Marketing Manager for the US Automotive Accessories and Outdoor Gear market (both Physical and e-Commerce channels), your primary responsibility will be to spearhead strategic planning initiatives in alignment with global market strategies developed by the headquarters. Leading a team of planners, you'll craft detailed marketing plans, ensuring a consistent brand image and enhanced brand awareness within the American market.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development : Collaborate with the headquarters to devise comprehensive market strategies, lead the planning team, and formulate specific marketing plans.

Brand Enhancement : Curate brand promotion activities to solidify the brand's image consistency in the US market.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, identify target audiences, generate market reports, and assist in devising corresponding strategies.

Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing activities such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Data Monitoring and Evaluation : Monitor and assess data analytics, provide improvement recommendations, and utilize data metrics to evaluate marketing performance.

Team Collaboration : Ensure the smooth implementation of strategic plans, offer professional insights into the US market, and provide feedback to relevant departments.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years in Marketing.

Proven experience in brand and marketing planning in the US market, preferably within the Automotive industry (car mats or aftermarket modifications)

Strong communication and coordination skills with demonstrated leadership and execution abilities for internal integration and external interdepartmental collaboration.
