Job Description

Job Description

Looner is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life in local markets. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of pop-up tastings, community events, and creative brand activations that spark curiosity and build lasting connections.

You’ll recruit, train, and motivate a team of Field Marketing Associates to deliver high-energy, on-brand experiences that drive awareness and product trial. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll manage event logistics, develop local partnerships, and set clear goals to ensure every activation leaves a strong impression.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and building vibrant communities from the ground up.

Requirements

  • You lead with warmth, charisma, and clarity — people trust and follow your energy.

  • You’ve have at least 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or similar brand roles — bonus points if you’ve built teams or launched campaigns yourself.

  • You have a proven track record of planning and executing successful events — from small pop-ups to large-scale in-person brand experiences, you know how to make logistics feel seamless and the vibe unforgettable.

  • You’re flexible with your schedule and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves on a weekend now and then — especially if it means building buzz at an awesome event.

  • You thrive in ambiguity — early-stage startup life doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.

  • You’re as comfortable presenting to execs as you are tabling at a pop-up.

  • You’re operationally sharp — organized, strategic, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.

  • You have a high bar for energy and ownership — you show up fully and take pride in your work.

  • You believe a brand is built through people, and marketing is more than a message — it’s a moment.

Bonus Points
  • Experience managing brand ambassador programs

  • Existing connections in cannabis, beverage, CPG or wellness industries — or you’re eager to dive in

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field

Alternative Consideration:

  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may still be eligible if they have relevant work experience—including roles such as Field Marketing Representative, Brand Ambassador, or sales/communication-heavy internships. Work-based learning, certifications, or demonstrated campaign success can offset a traditional degree requirement

Compensation:
This role offers a salary range of $70,000–$110,000, depending on experience and scope:

  • Early-career candidates: $70,000–$85,000

  • Experienced candidates: $90,000–$110,000

Final offers are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and the level of responsibility within the role.
