About Cal.com

Cal.com is building the scheduling infrastructure for the world. We help individuals, teams, and enterprises book time without friction, used by companies like Deel, Notion, Framer, and AngelList.

Were an async-focused team working across 10+ time zones. We prioritize autonomy, transparency, and building scalable systems for both our users and our team.

About the Role

Weu2019re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to work directly with the CEO in founding a brand new sales and marketing team in NYC.

You can see a detailed description of the role and the team we are building here!

Historically, Cal.com has relied on product-led growth to bring it to where it is today (500k users, >$10M bookings, a range of enterprise customers), but weu2019ve decided to found a brand new team to really put some fuel on the fire and turn us into a rocket ship.

Hence this role is going to be incredibly dynamic, creative and autonomous. You, and a very small handful of other people on this brand new team, are going to take full ownership of Cal.comu2019s revenue, conversion and funnels. We will move fast and quickly influence new direction in the company, with the CEO working directly alongside you in the office.

The majority of the team is remote, but you will be working in-person in our brand-new NYC office, where youu2019ll get to collaborate with us in the same room, brainstorming and whiteboarding ideas.

What Youu2019ll Do

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and content
  • Build out lifecycle marketing flows that convert leads into demos and signups
  • Own key funnel metrics: MQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with the AE team to ensure leads are high intent and sales-ready
  • Run A/B tests and experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and CTAs
  • Create marketing assets (with help from designers/writers as needed)
  • Manage and expand our marketing stack (there1s not much of one at the moment)
  • Have a holistic view across our inbound signups and sales pipeline, self-serve upgrades and everything in our funnels
  • Set up AI and automation to make processes more efficient
  • Effectively, do anything that increases our ARR, reduces churn and improves conversion

What Weu2019re Looking For
  • 3674 years in growth, performance, or full-funnel B2B marketing
  • Youu2019ve worked in a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Framer, Google Ads, GA4, Figma, or similar
  • You understand how a B2B funnel works
  • Youu2019re analytical, you know how to track, test, and scale
  • Youu2019ve run paid campaigns and outbound sequences directly or in collaboration with others
  • Comfort marketing products that are both technical and design-sensitive
  • Weu2019re looking for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup, operating without bureaucratic tendencies or bias
  • A fast mover - someone who executes quickly instead of constantly being stuck in the planning phase
  • Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, constantly iterating team

Bonus Skills
  • Previous startup experience
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or scheduling space
  • Experience in taking a holistic view across sales/GTM

Why Work at Cal.com?
  • This is a full-time in-office role based in New York City
  • Salary is flat, no negotiation, in line with our open and fair compensation philosophy
  • Youu2019ll be joining a distributed global company with a developing presence in the city
  • Youu2019ll be early, and your fingerprints will be on the foundation of our GTM strategy

Weu2019re building Cal.com not just as a product, but as a place to do great work and live a good life.

  • No standups, no micromanagement, no unnecessary calls
  • ???? Real flexibility, take time for life stuff, no approval needed
  • 30 paid OOO days per year
