Graphic Designer – Saint Charles, IL
$60,000 - $75,000 annually + Benefits, 401K, PTO

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital marketing and content to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing assets for digital, print, packaging, and social media.
- Develop creative content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
- Manage editorial and social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Plan and design social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, web content, and executive thought leadership.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Track content and campaign performance, providing input for improvement.
- Provide light video editing and motion graphics support when needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital design tools, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design and content/digital marketing, preferably within a consumer brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media/content tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Experience designing for digital and print, with an understanding of social media best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms, and analytics tools a plus.
