The posted compensation range of $56.51 - $70.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities

Position Summary: Incumbent is responsible for psychosocial assessments of high-risk patients of all ages, in all areas of patient care. The incumbent will provide direct services including individual, couple, family and group therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master's degree from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
• Previous social work experience required
• Social work skills, including assessment, counseling, crisis intervention and referral
• Public relation skills to maintain an effective liaison between the hospital and community referral resources required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare clinic preferred
