Salary: $32.5 - $33.5/hour (DOE)

Working Hours: 40 hrs/week

Position Overview:

We are seeking an IT Platform Specialist to support the implementation and troubleshooting of a new ERP system. This role covers a broad range of infrastructure tasks, including supporting POS and ERP systems, designing internal system foundations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both restaurants and headquarters. It's a key role requiring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain efficient business operations.

What Will You Do:

1. Provide front-line technical support for POS, ERP, and infrastructure issues
2. Collaborate with IT vendors and teams to resolve hardware/system issues
3. Assist with the operation and maintenance of core IT systems
4. Maintain and create documentation for configurations and procedures
5. Identify opportunities for system optimization and improved efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, OS)
• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast) and ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support skills
