The Role: We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Consultant to build and close a pipeline of eDiscovery services deals. This is a flexible, commission-only 1099 role ideal for hunters who want uncapped upside and control of their schedule. What You’ll Do

Prospect and qualify new opportunities with law firms, corporate legal, compliance, and investigations teams. Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, solution positioning, scoping with our delivery team, proposals, and deal close. Manage a precise pipeline, maintain activity/notes, and forecast accurately. Coordinate proofs-of-concept/pilots and guide prospects through procurement. Build referral channels with MSPs, consultants, and litigation support managers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. What You’ll Bring

1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (legal tech, eDiscovery, digital forensics, SaaS, MSP, or services preferred). Proven hunter mentality with consistent quota attainment in a commission-heavy environment. Clear communication, consultative discovery skills, and strong written proposals. Familiarity with eDiscovery concepts and tools (Relativity, Exterro, Nuix, Microsoft Purview, etc.) is a plus. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation

Commission earnings uncapped up to 50% commission based on deal type/terms. Commission is paid on collected revenue per the contractor agreement. Illustrative examples (for transparency only): $75,000 services engagement × 40% commission = $30,000 to you. (Actual commissions depend on final contract terms and collected revenue.)
