Accessify Labs is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head/Manager to lead our marketing strategy, scale demand generation, and strengthen our brand presence globally. As a leader in digital accessibility, we’re looking for someone who can combine creativity, analytics, and leadership to drive measurable impact across multiple markets. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to position Accessify Labs as the trusted partner for digital accessibility solutions worldwide. About the Role Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Webinars, and Content Marketing. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting KPIs and driving accountability. Partner with sales to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles. Oversee website optimization, content strategy, and marketing automation systems. Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to optimize ROI. Manage marketing budgets efficiently and deliver measurable growth. Represent marketing insights in leadership discussions and support brand positioning globally. Requirements
8–10 years of proven digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong background in B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting services preferred. Hands-on expertise with SEO/SEM, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Demonstrated success in building demand generation strategies and scaling campaigns internationally. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to combine creative thinking with analytical decision-making. Experience working with accessibility, compliance, or enterprise solutions is a plus. What We Offer
