Responsibilities: About the Team: The Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team is dedicated to driving operational excellence in recruitment by optimizing processes, policies, and tools through innovation. We design scalable operation programs and enhance hiring effectiveness with data-driven insights, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience. By continuously improving our practices, we empower the organization to attract and secure top talent in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities Lead TAO programs (JD Program, pre-onboarding process, etc.) with cross-functional workstreams, focusing on scalable program effectiveness. Define program objectives, success metrics, progress dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans. Drive accountability and stakeholder alignment through proactive communication, change management, and data-driven insights. Advise on best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks to optimize program impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years in program/project management within Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting Operations, preferably in high-growth environments. Strong expertise in program design, process improvement, and change management. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Analytical mindset with experience in metrics, reporting, and decision support. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and HR analytics tools is a plus.

For Pay Transparency
Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79,800 - $169,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
