Redwood City, California, United States Corcept is leading the way in the research and development of cortisol modulators, molecules that regulate cortisol activity at the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). To date, we have discovered more than 1,000 selective proprietary cortisol modulators. In 2012, we received FDA approval of Korlym (mifepristone), the first approved treatment for hypercortisolism (Cushing’s syndrome). Today, our team and collaborators continue to unlock the possibilities of cortisol modulation as a way to treat serious diseases. With more than 30 ongoing studies across a wide range of disease areas, including endocrinology, oncology, metabolism, and neurology, we remain dedicated to advancing the possibilities of cortisol modulation. is now poised to unleash a sea change of discovery representing a fundamental shift in the way we understand and treat disease. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Manager or Associate Director, Commercial Analytics to join our Endocrinology division. This is a hands-on role responsible for analyzing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights that shape commercial decision-making across sales operations, marketing analytics, payer analytics and real-world evidence (RWE). The scope of this role can flex depending on the candidate’s experience and interests—whether in field effectiveness, omnichannel performance, payer dynamics, or patient journey analytics—with opportunities to expand over time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is equally comfortable writing SQL queries or building a dashboard as they are presenting insights to senior leadership, and can balance tactical execution with strategic influence. While collaboration with external data providers and consultants is expected, the individual will own the analysis, synthesis and delivery of insights. Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Field Effectiveness

Optimize CRM systems, territory alignments, call planning and incentive compensation Refine targeting and segmentation approaches to deepen HCP and account engagement Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with Sales leadership to evaluate performance Partner with Sales Training to ensure effective systems training for field teams

Measure and optimize marketing and digital campaign performance across HCP and patient touchpoints Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across channels Collaborate with Marketing to define metrics, conduct test-and-learn analyses and provide timely insights Market Access & Patient Analytics

Analyze payer coverage, formulary dynamics and access barriers to inform pricing and contracting strategies Develop dashboards tracking payer mix, pull-through and patient affordability trends Support Market Access and field access teams with insights that optimize payer engagement

Specialty Pharmacy & Patient Analytics

Monitor and analyze patient access metrics (e.g., speed-to-therapy, adherence, abandonment, fulfillment) Integrate specialty pharmacy, field and patient services data to provide a comprehensive view of the patient journey

Real-World Evidence (RWE) & Medical Collaboration

Analyze claims and EMR data to assess treatment patterns, adherence and product value Partner with Medical Affairs to support outcomes analyses, value communications and publications

Cross-Functional Leadership & Analytics Enablement

Design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) spanning sales, marketing, payer and patient analytics Build integrated reporting across CRM, marketing, payer and third-party data (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) Explore and apply advanced analytics techniques—including predictive modeling, machine learning and emerging AI/LLM approaches—to uncover new insights, improve forecasting and elevate commercial decision-making Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership Act as an internal consultant, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance and IT Lead select market research projects to inform commercial strategy and future product planning Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies: Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce), pharma data (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) and specialty pharmacy data Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma), with proven ability to design, build, evaluate and maintain reports Experience analyzing claims, EMR and RWE data is a strong plus Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights Strong communicator with proven ability to present complex data to senior leadership and influence cross-functional partners Proven ability to influence decision-making, manage competing priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams Preferred Education and Experience: 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, payer analytics, marketing analytics or consulting within pharma/biotech Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PhD, PharmD) preferred The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $185,000 - $238,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
