The Compensation Manager will implement and manage projects, policies, and processes related to compensation programs, guidelines, and plans. This role provides education, support, and communication for existing and new compensation policies and programs. Responsibilities include monitoring industry trends, participating in salary surveys, conducting analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to implement salary programs aligned with Company priorities. This role also leads and develops a team of compensation professionals to ensure effective execution of compensation programs and strategies. A key component is expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, leveraging the platform to enhance compensation planning and execution across the organization. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Job Functions

Manage and optimize compensation processes using Workday Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, and equity awards. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday compensation tools, providing guidance to HR and leadership teams. Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with HRIS teams to enhance system functionality. Audit current compensation practices and policies, and make recommendations to improve compliance, efficiencies, and competitive advantage Administer all compensation components for Company, including the implementation and testing of compensation features in the HRIS and/or Payroll system, oversight and approval of compensation changes, maintenance of minimum wage compliance and FLSA compliance related to compensation, execution of annual or periodic merit increases, development of criteria for equity adjustments, etc. Provide education and communication for existing/new compensation initiatives, policies, programs, and ensure that all compensation changes are communicated across the organization as appropriate. Assure company compliance with provisions of ERISA, IRC, wage and hour laws, and any other relevant laws and regulations that apply to compensation programs. Partner with People Services and stakeholders by providing insightful analytics, expert advice and recommendations on compensation priorities and plans Partner with internal resources on the job evaluation process, and/or serve as SME for conducting job evaluations and communicating results Advise on challenges with regular and variable pay structure and develop approaches to address them effectively Develop specifications for new compensation plans or modifications to existing plans to maintain the company’s competitive position in the labor market (executive, professional, exempt, non-exempt, and variable pay programs) Lead the preparation and execution of compensation plan documentation Develop Company compensation metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to management based on data Lead external vendor management and selection for compensation partners and tools, overseeing performance of vendors and managing relationships for smooth changes and ongoing administration Lead, mentor, and develop the Compensation team to ensure high performance and professional growth Additional Functions

Design, review, document and manage incentive plans Support the administration of the Company’s equity program administration, including the annual Long Term Incentive plan (LTI) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Requirements

Bachelor's degree 4 - 6 years of experience in Compensation Administration and/or Management Knowledge of broad-based compensation programs, current and future compensation trends and practices, and retirement plans Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Workday Advanced Compensation Strong knowledge of compensation plan compliance and reporting requirements, plan administration Proficient in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, MACROs) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong executive presence Cross-functional collaboration, planning, and project management skills Ability to work in a complex environment Strong vendor management skills Other Skills/Abilities
