Play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality service standards for residents Oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled. Schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. Monitor the services dashboard and completion of daily assignments. Provide immediate feedback and support to the Resident Assistants for the daily/weekly schedule, assisting with plans for coverage of scheduled shifts as needed. Step in when necessary to assist with resident care. What you will need:

CNA Certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or experience with seniors Past supervisory experience is required Benefits Available to You:
