Required Characteristics

Strong understanding of Customer Master concepts, design principles, architecture and data models

Experience with SaaS (cloud) architecture and solutions. Ability to drive optimal data architecture connecting CRM, ERPs and Master Data platform

Experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) modules and functionality

Experience with MDM, CDGC, CDQ in IDMC

Hands on experience with database technologies (relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra)

Extensive experience building data models (conceptual, logical and physical) for data lakes and data warehouses

Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, data integration, governance principles, and semantic consistency across heterogeneous environments

Excellent communication skills leading workshops and demos with senior business stakeholders

Desired Characteristics

Experience with IDMC Customer 360 concepts, data models and design principles

Experience with MDM, CDGC, CDQ in IDMC

Experience with reporting dashboard designs

Exposure to Spotfire (reporting tool)

Demonstrated experience working across multiple domains, geographies, and functional teams within a hybrid environment
