EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Manager focusing on helping our clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can define a master data management design and deliver system implementations. The individual should guide clients through adoption and implementation of advanced technologies. You will design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the lifecycle of data assets. You will perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise on tools and roadmaps. You will articulate information strategies that align with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics. Provide direction to your team and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of MDM software for data domains such as customer, vendor, finance, and materials. Guide clients in defining a data governance strategy covering data quality, data catalog, master data management, analytics use cases, data readiness for AI/ML, and systems alignment with ERP/CRM applications. Implement data quality tools and processes to maintain high data standards throughout the infrastructure. Collaborate on requirement gathering, interpret BRDs, and develop source-to-target mappings. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data management solutions (e.g., Informatica) and drive governance and integration across the enterprise. Lead multiple engagements simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction. Engage in architecting, pipeline building, RFP responses, creating new solutions, and conducting workshops as part of ongoing projects. Skills And Attributes For Success

Minimum 8 years of direct involvement with MDM tools (e.g., SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM). Experience leading delivery teams in data governance and data management and related system implementations. Knowledge of industry trends and ability to articulate them to customers. Cloud knowledge (AWS and/or Azure). Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues and drive business outcomes. Proven ability to research and provide insights on industry standards, regulations, technology assessments, and forecasts. Expertise in Data Privacy and Master Data Management; understanding of Data Governance and Enterprise Strategy; proven ability to lead teams and manage change. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or related field. ERP implementation experience including full SAP implementation with SAP MDG. Typically at least 6 years of relevant developer/architect experience in master data management software. Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and Enterprise IT Architecture. Experience in managing a portfolio of large, complex projects and initiatives; willingness to travel internationally; valid US driver’s license. Track record of successful stakeholder engagement and ability to maintain and grow business relationships. Ideally, you’ll also have
