Overview

Our client, a boutique litigation firm located in Manhattans Financial District, is seeking a

motivated and experienced litigation attorney

with

3 to 7+ years of experience

in

commercial and/or real estate litigation - including arguing motions in court . The firm represents a diverse range of businesses throughout the New York Metropolitan Area and maintains a dynamic caseload in New Yorks state, federal, and appellate courtsparticularly in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned partners, manage your own files, and take cases from inception through resolution with hands-on courtroom exposure and meaningful motion practice. Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of commercial and real estate litigation matters, including business disputes and commercial lease conflicts Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and substantive motions Conduct legal research, engage in fact development, and prepare case strategy Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and administrative proceedings Work closely with partners on high-stakes litigation matters Qualifications

7+ years of relevant litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and/or real estate litigation Courtroom experience required Admission to the New York State Bar, in good standing Strong background in drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively Experience with cases from inception to trial in both state and federal venues Additional Notes
