What you’ll be like

Responsibilities
Represent app brands authentically across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, X, and beyond.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and UGC creators, guiding them to align content with app growth goals.
Own the full influencer cycle: sourcing, outreach, recruitment, and relationship management to ensure alignment with our mobile app brands.
Plan and manage content calendars reflecting platform trends and community needs.
Develop platform-specific strategies balancing engagement with performance.
Collaborate closely with UA, finance, sourcing, and data teams to ensure efforts tie back to business outcomes.
Track performance across channels and creators; iterate quickly on what works.
Handle brand voice with care from day-to-day posting to sensitive communications.
Act as a cultural connector - spotting trends early and translating them into app-ready strategies.
Engage with communities directly, keeping conversations authentic and responsive.
Qualifications
Experience in mobile app marketing or working directly with consumer apps.
Experience in influencer management, UGC campaigns, or creator community/social media leadership, including sourcing and managing creators.
Deep knowledge of TikTok culture, Gen Z trends, and the social space.
Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt brand voice across channels.
Proven ability to grow audiences and drive engagement on multiple platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for creator partnerships.
Analytical mindset - confident reviewing performance and adapting quickly.
Collaborative approach, working easily with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points (Not required, but awesome if you have…)
A track record of going viral with your own content or creator partnerships.
Familiarity with crisis communication and PR-sensitive environments.
A passion for music, entertainment, or subcultures where our apps thrive.
