About the Role
A Healthcare Relationship Manager develops, advises, manages, and retains Healthcare and Professional Banking client relationships. Wealth management services to these clients include: deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services. Business development of client relationships. Engage with bank partners for wealth management and implementation strategies to include investments, trust, financial planning, and other wealth services. Manage and review client relationships on an ongoing basis, including loan origination, portfolio management, and audit readiness. Engage with and develop internal and external referral partners. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. 7 years of experience in healthcare and lending, required. Proactive. Working knowledge of credit structures. Focused on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently. Ability to provide client solutions. Extensive knowledge of bank products and services in order to cross-sell. Proficient in prospecting, building, and managing client relationships. Proactive in external and internal job functions. Working knowledge in all job functions. Proficient knowledge in other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualified referrals. Occasional travel. Job Location

The pay range for this role is $113,000.00 to $200,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
