Our lighter-than-air high-altitude platform systems (LTA HAPS) are capable of maintaining position over an operational area in the stratosphere (altitudes of 18 - 21km). They can carry multiple telecommunications, imaging and remote sensing payloads, providing unique functionality, cost, environmental and societal advantages.
Our HAPS be deployed in a matter of days and at a fraction of the cost of traditional infrastructure solutions. This makes them an ideal solution for providing telecommunications connectivity, emergency solutions in the event of natural or other disasters, environmental and infrastructure monitoring, Earth observation and a range of defense applications.
Our customers & partners include some of the largest global telecommunications companies, infrastructure operators, climate researchers, civil and defense agencies.

About the Position:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, while also managing schedules, communications, and special projects.
What You'll Do Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for the CEO's meetings. Anticipate and proactively address the CEO's needs to ensure preparedness for meetings, deadlines, and commitments. Draft, review, and edit correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO. Coordinate board meetings and materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Track key initiatives, deliverables, and deadlines, providing reminders and progress updates to the CEO. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Provide occasional support to other members of the executive team as time permits. Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate the CEO's effectiveness and the organization's success. What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally supporting a CEO or C-level executive. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.). High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment. Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We Offer:
