A Fortune 100 employer in the Financial Services industry is looking for a UI Engineer - React to join its team. As part of an Agile Scrum team, the Engineer's primary focus will be working on modernization and enhancement efforts. As such, they will be developing frontend components and newer features, along with solving application development tasks and supporting existing development. Engineers are assigned user stories and will spend a majority of their time focused on these items. More immediate work will focus on deploying into the existing environment, unit testing, integrating backend APIs and focusing on TypeScript enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Redux Strong knowledge of TypeScript Expertise consuming REST APIs Thorough understanding of JSON, web service technologies, and data structure fundamentals Unit testing skills, primarily manual right now Experience with adaptive and responsive development techniques Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms Experience using version controls like Git, and tools like Jira for Agile Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
