Overview/Essential Responsibilities:
Major and critical Incident troubleshooting Interaction with business for queries and clarifications. Vendor interaction in case of new requirements/critical issues. To support mission-critical business processes and ad hoc human transactions . Critical corrective maintenance DR activity planning and coordination with clients Change management ( SEECAB process) Non ticketing activities like Cadence , business clarification meetings , Service account password reset Priority work order / service requests
Primary Skillset
Development experience on Oracle Service Bus 11gR1 version or latest. WebLogic application server 12c version or latest having experience in Deployment ear/war, JMS Queues, Data Sources , Bridges etc. Core java. Spring MVC
Secondary Skillset
Git Hub/Bit Bucket Jenkins Splunk ELK Kibana
Minimum Years of Experience:
7+ years
