Position Overview
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Provide warm, professional customer service to clients and their pets Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical history Process invoices and payments accurately Verify patient immunization and test status Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians upon patient arrival Fill prescriptions, food orders, and over-the-counter product requests as directed Maintain accurate client and patient records in our system Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications
