Dental Patient Coordinator
to join our team

Our ideal
Dental Patient Coordinator
will be motivated, reliable, organized, and have at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-5pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:30am-2:30pm
Compensation:
$22-$24/hr, plus bonus opportunities
Benefits:

Duties/Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone Answer calls and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment Welcome patients into the office upon arrival Gather necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area Verify dental insurance eligibility Keep hygienist and dentist schedules full to ensure the office is meeting their goals Collect payments and post them to their patient ledger Update necessary documents into Denticon Call patients to confirm upcoming appointments Additional duties as needed such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, etc. Requirements
1 year of experience in a dental front office setting 1 year as a patient coordinator preferred Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented Knowledge with Denticon is preferred but not required CPR Certified or willing to become certified Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!
