KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver education based on quality improvement findings, mandated education, and the department's needs.

Teach EMS clinical techniques and provide sufficient practice to staff to develop skill proficiency.

Monitor individual and overall department performance.

Reviews documentation for learning opportunities related to standards of care, protocols, and practice.

Ensures appropriate documentation of education programs by maintaining course records to document employee participation and comply with regulatory requirements.

Participates in the development of remediation plans to address individual or department weaknesses.

Manages the new hire orientation process, including scheduling.

Manages all appropriate equipment and inventory, including cleaning and maintenance.

Maximum pay:$45.29
