Customer Service Representative
for a client in
Liverpool, NY . This is a temp-to-hire position, paying
$18 to 21 per hour
depending on experience.
Overview: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Inside Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting customers and internal teams by providing product guidance, managing orders, and ensuring outstanding service throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person communication. Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production teams to deliver quality products. Provide product information, quotes, pricing, and contract details to customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain customer accounts, records, and sales-related documentation. Arrange shipping and prepare accurate invoicing. Qualifications:
5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and databases. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Pay Details:
$18.00 to $21.00 per hour
