Job Summary:
Responsible for operating an Electric Pallet Jack in a warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Works with the office staff and customer service department to help with the invoicing and pick up of customer orders. Provides customer and administrative support including the communication, paperwork, and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate an electric pallet jack as needed.
May be required to assist in pulling customer orders as needed.
Works with customers picking up orders.
Secures payments based on customer terms for customer pickups.
Provides administrative support to Inventory Control and Customer service including the communication, paperwork, and system data entry.
