We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lodi, California. This is a Contract to permanent position designed for an individual who excels in administrative tasks and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to support daily office activities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to keep records and databases up to date.
• Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
• Assist with general office operations, including organizing files and maintaining supplies.
• Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle basic financial tasks, such as processing checks using QuickBooks, if needed.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to facilitate efficient time management.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and greeting visitors.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn basic financial processing tasks.
• Competence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
