Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
Provide outstanding service via phone and online chat
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
Assist with password resets and account creation
Guide customers through document uploads and account navigation
Verify eligibility for healthcare coverage and explain available options
Problem Solving
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
Think creatively to find solutions and improve the customer experience
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Product & Policy Expertise
Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Adapt to frequent updates in procedures and program requirements
Demonstrate professionalism and company values in every interaction
Complete required training and pass certification exams
Administrative Tasks
Accurately input and update customer information in internal systems
Perform various administrative duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic technical troubleshooting skills (especially in a remote work environment)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Preferred Background
Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Recent and consistent work history (no significant employment gaps)

Cannot articulate workflow processes clearly
Provide vague or incomplete responses during interviews
Show difficulty understanding or following policies and procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
