Brand And People Excellence Specialist

As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Brand and People Excellence Team! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Brand and People Excellence Specialist. As the Brand and People Excellence Specialist, you will work primarily out of our Corporate Office located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, Arizona. You will travel as needed to our various communities and throughout the Phoenix valley. You're Excited About This Role Because You Will: Serve as an instructor/facilitator to deliver engaging in-person classes, courses, programs and/or train-the-trainer. Design and develop training courses (in-person and online) and materials. Partner closely with T&D/HR team, business leaders and relevant stakeholders to assess needs, develop learning solutions. Maintain records on the learning management system. Utilize the department's email inbox effectively. Plan and coordinate end-to-end necessary activities. Create and run engagement campaigns. Develop learner assessment instruments. Measure the effectiveness of training solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional departments. Support the building of structures, policies, and workflows. Participate in various training and development initiatives. Communicate and drive brand values. We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing and/or customer service environment. Minimum of 5+ years of experience actively contributing to the training and development. Excellent communicator, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Professional presence and ability to communicate professionally at all levels. Ability to quickly adapt to change, paired with a genuine personal fulfillment from supporting people. Strong executor and team player with the ability to help and contribute to team's efforts. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills paired with high attention to detail. Goal-oriented, studious contributor who takes extreme ownership. Ability to accept and implement feedback quickly. Passionate about learning, training and development. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Bilingual (English, Spanish) abilities will be a plus.
