We are seeking a Project Manager to support pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance projects for midstream operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with integrity dig projects and a background in pipeline and facility management. This role provides leadership and project management support to operations and maintenance teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Project Manager - Pipeline & Facilities Construction
Location: Houston, TX
We are seeking a Project Manager to support pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance projects for midstream operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with integrity dig projects and a background in pipeline and facility management. This role provides leadership and project management support to operations and maintenance teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prepare project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal personnel and external contractors across engineering, operations, procurement, environmental, and construction disciplines
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation to comply with corporate, federal, and state standards
- Communicate project status, proposals, and progress to upper management, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project finances and prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
- Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to optimize project execution
- Ensure personal, team, and public safety throughout all project activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of project management experience with pipeline and facilities midstream projects, including integrity digs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience managing right-of-way and environmental permitting
- Knowledge of DOT pipeline regulations (CFR192 and/or CFR195)
- Highly organized with the ability to track high-volume projects and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Agile, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
