Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.Duties:- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse- Assist with meal preparation and feeding- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive careSkills:- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures is a plus- Ability to provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals- Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring and medication administration- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyPlease note that this position may require occasional visits to nursing homes or other healthcare facilities for client appointments or consultations.If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRNPay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hourExpected hours: 4 - 30 per weekBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid orientationPaid time offReferral programMedical Specialty:GeriatricsHome HealthApplication Question(s):Do you have a valid drivers license and a vehicle ?Ability to Commute:Buffalo, NY 14221 (Preferred)
