Triumph Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role you will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and work closely with the Vice President of Revenue. Looking for someone willing to take ownership and work across a variety of responsibilities including managing the companies' content assets and collaborating with outsourced marketing teams.
- Develop, implement, and execute marketing and brand strategies in quarterly action plans
- Developing strategic alliances/partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
- Increasing market share by creating hotel-specific promotions to be communicated using the hotel's CRM tool and/ or traditional on-property marketing communication vehicles
- Working with Property and Corporate Executives to get their input into creation of area marketing calendar and provide support as appropriate / required in the development of marketing support materials
- Creating and suggesting strategies and tactics for respective markets in the annual business plan. Creative marketing projects, involving Social Media, Editorial Content, Public Relations, cultural partnerships and special events.
- Manage and execute marketing and communications activities to leverage reach
- Create of all marketing materials
- Respect Triumph Hotels and Hotel's Brand guidelines
- Uncover unique marketing collaboration
- Support and monitor the Social media team, Public Relations team
- Develop and Execute Social media for the hotels in absence of support where required
- Produce and submit PR, Marketing and social media activity reports
- Support building a network of digital influencer
- Manage Triumph and Hotel digital assets
Job Requirements
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of various discipline focused computer programs
- Photography skills preferred
- Graphic Design skills preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints
- Outstanding writing, editing and oral communication skills
- Creative talent
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
- Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems and exercise good judgement
- Knowledge of main social channels and how they work
- Previous work experience in managing marketing required
- Knowledge of boutique hotel markets is desirable
