REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong people skills
• Client oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• HS diploma

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with customers and exceed expectations
• Receive incoming calls, answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
• Answer all incoming calls kindly- receive orders over the phone
• Process purchase orders
• Take care of customer records
• Follow up and solve product or service issues
• Support sales team with processing orders, assisting customers
• Help out as needed- Be a team player
