Medical Diagnostic Laboratories is currently seeking a Full-Time candidate for the Sales Administrative Assistant position. The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and office support to the sales department.
Essential Functions:
- Perform administrative and office support to the sales department.
- Coordinate and conduct first-round Zoom interviews for Sales candidates, ensuring a professional, polished, and engaging experience.
- Manage all aspects of candidate communication, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain organized and accurate interview notes and candidate records for review by hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, adjust screening criteria, and support additional recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Establish, maintain, and update files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
- Screen telephone calls, take messages and/or redirect inquires to the appropriate office.
- Prepare status change and/or termination forms for manager signature
- Calendar management
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- 1-year experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-developed and multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detailed oriented.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work well under stress.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and keep strictly confidential.
- Candidate must be dependable and reliable.

- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
