Responsibilities
- Transport loads of tubular and other products to and from designated locations.
- Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping requirements.
- Help load, unload, and move products and materials.
- Perform operation, maintenance and safety checks on trucks and trailers.
- Collect documents for goods received and delivered.
- Complete driving logbooks when not operating an ELD-mandated unit.
- General housekeeping of the vehicle.
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May assist in loading and unloading truck.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid CDL License.
- Three years’ experience transporting and securing oversized loads.
