Moorhead Truck Driver - Streets

Salary: $23.69 to $24.67 hourly ($49,280 to $51,324). The full salary range is $23.69 to $33.57 hourly ($49,280 to $69,841).

Salary increases: Receive a salary increase on your anniversary date each year. Additionally, receive a 6% COLA increase in January 2026 and a 6% COLA increase in January 2027 per Union contract.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Flexibility; hours may vary and some weekends, generally during the winter when snow.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, loaders, sweepers, and other equipment as assigned.
• Support on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
• Work as part of a team to maintain streets and public spaces in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction or equipment experience.
• Willing to obtain Tanker and Boiler licenses (we’ll help).
