TJ Maxx at USA TJ Maxx Store 0645 Ocala FL is hiring. This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Pay

Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $13.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is a plus.
