LINQ Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Development Operations team. This position will focus on reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and profit-related data to support strategic business decisions. Utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Excel, you will uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational performance. You will report directly to the Development Team Lead and work collaboratively with the Development team to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$80,000 dependent on qualifications. This position may be eligible for additional performance related compensation paid at the company\'s discretion.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Extract, organize, and analyze financial, profit, and performance data from Salesforce, Excel, and other internal systems.
- Evaluate and ensure data integrity and identify inconsistencies or anomalies across reports and datasets.
- Create and maintain models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Development team to assess the impact of data trends on business initiatives and fundraising strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize revenue, improve profit margins, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in improving data workflows, automation, and reporting processes within Salesforce and Excel.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial and/or profit data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.).
- Strong experience working with Salesforce for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- For remote work, a reliable, private and secure remote internet connection with minimum speed requirements of 20Mbps Down/10Mbps Up is required
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools (e.g., Reports, Dashboards, Salesforce CRM Analytics).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other web languages.
