Our brand Vivion Inc (part of Operio Group) is a fast-growing and family-owned company that specializes in quality ingredients for the Nutritional, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Agricultural and Industrial markets. We have products for nearly every application. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Fort Worth, TX office. You will drive and generate new business opportunities as well as supporting existing customers. The Sales Representative will report directly to our VP of Ingredient Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails.
  • Working extensively in our CRM and documenting all daily activities, deals, and customer interactions there.
  • Supporting marketing efforts through identifying customers and prospects to nurture.
  • Creating quotes and closing sales on products and/or services.
  • Coordinating with Account Executive resources to close sales when needed.
  • Supporting the Director of Sales and the Account Executive team as necessary.
  • Learning to create value propositions for customers through product knowledge.
  • Following and utilizing the Sales Playbook.
  • Responding to quote requests to qualify customers.
  • Conducting customer discovery meetings or calls.
  • Working defined leads lists to qualify potential new customers.
  • Grow E-commerce business.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Sales or Sales Support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Great follow-up and follow-through, and capable of meeting goals/targets.
  • Quick learner, driven, and self-motivated.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Market knowledge (desired).
  • General working knowledge of G Suite and Hubspot desired.

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 based on your education, skills, and experience, plus a bonus based on KPIs.

Location: This position will be onsite 5 days a week Monday - Friday at our South Fort Worth, TX office.
