Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be the sole accounting contact on-site, reporting to the President and working closely with the Controller. Responsibilities include:

• Managing A/P, A/R, payroll, cost accounting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under GAAP.
• Handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; ADP/Vantage a plus
