LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant for a growing services client located in Lake Zurich, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to step into a role that offers visibility, growth potential and the chance to make a direct impact on process improvements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration are key. This role is 4x a week in the office in Lake Zurich and has a base salary up to $100,000 with additional bonus eligibility in 2026.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of all general ledger activity
• Reconcile accounts, research variances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support the month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency

Senior Accountant Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA a plus
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a services industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to commute to Lake Zurich on a hybrid schedule
