Position

Role: Surveillance Security Guard

Site Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Schedule: Part-time (16 hours/week), Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage of $18.00

Your sharp eye and attention to detail are essential as you monitor security screens and capture important information. You will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent documentation
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual attention and concentration skills
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
