Insomnia Cookies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our UT Austin store located at 2323 San Antonio St, Austin TX 78705. As a Delivery Driver, you are the main face our customers see when delivery is requested, bringing the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

What you will do as a Delivery Driver

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Desired skills / experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
