Overview

Our client is seeking a polished and adaptable Receptionist/Personal Assistant to serve as the welcoming face of a luxury wellness environment while also providing vital support to the founder. This position offers the chance to create an exceptional first impression for clients while ensuring the smooth flow of both daily operations and executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence – Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every guest has a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Client Communication – Manage calls, emails, and scheduling requests with efficiency and care, providing timely responses and solutions to client needs.
- Executive & Personal Support – Assist the founder with calendar management, correspondence, and light personal errands, ensuring priorities are well-organized and deadlines met.
- Operational Support – Oversee daily logistics such as restocking supplies, preparing rooms or shared spaces, and coordinating small but essential details that keep the business running smoothly.
- Administrative Duties – Handle light office tasks including filing, supply management, and schedule coordination, keeping both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in sync.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Communication: Strong communication skills with a professional, service-focused presence. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Experience: Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative/PA support preferred.
- Skills: Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office required; scheduling software a plus).
- Attitude and Demeanor: Flexible mindset, with a “no task too small” attitude. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
