Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression while efficiently managing the front desk operations. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area by ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and computer software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
