We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Hybrid for our client. If you have 5-10 years of experience in marketing experience and strategy and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute direct mail marketing campaigns aligned with CXO/LOB strategies.
- Create and manage print collateral that communicates offers effectively and drives account acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance while adhering to budget and operational constraints.
- Analyze campaign results and apply insights to improve future performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, enterprise, and campaign-specific policies.
- Present creative recommendations, test results, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
- Manage campaign-level activities including specifications, timelines, and partner coordination.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and risk reduction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary marketing software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with direct mail and print creative development.
