Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Are you an experienced HR professional who feels called to combine your expertise with your faith? People Architects is excited to recruit for our client, a Christ-centered nonprofit serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the Cleveland area. Our client’s team is united by a mission to provide help and hope through the transforming power of God’s love.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee training, development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and best practices
• Guide leadership in building a strong, mission-driven culture
• Serve as a trusted advisor while keeping HR practices aligned with our values

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (SHRM-CP/SCP preferred)
• 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years managing HR functions
• Strong background in recruitment, training, and compliance
• A committed Christian faith and desire to integrate your HR expertise with ministry work
