Overview

The Human Resources Manager is the link between the company and the employees. She/he manages onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, retirement plans and termination processes to guarantee law compliance and comprehensive employees´ support.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Conduct onboarding processes for newly hired staff to provide employees with the necessary company information.

● Manage employee and labor relations to help resolve conflicts at the workplace.

● Oversee the administration of benefits plans to ensure access and provide continuous System updates.

● Administer employer-sponsored retirement savings plan to ensure compliance and guarantee workers receive adequate and complete information.

● Handle workers´ compensation process to ensure compliance and offer employees appropriate and immediate assistance.

● Manage the employee’s termination process to ensure an appropriate termination of employment.

● Support payroll process to ensure that employees receive their compensation timely and correctly.

Required Qualifications

Education

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.

Experience

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, (selection, hiring, recruitment, terminations, compensation, benefits). Good knowledge of Labor Regulations.

Certifications

● Human Resources Certification (SHRM- CP) (plus)
