This is a US-based remote position for someone based in PST time zone. It will start as a 9 month engagement but could extend up to 18 months.
Base pay range: $47.00/hr - $52.00/hr
This role sits on the Center of Excellence team and focuses on empowering sales teams to achieve goals and drive revenue growth across global markets. The role emphasizes data analysis and process improvement to support sales strategies and overall market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Process, track, and validate data changes using internal tools and processes.
- Support offline data gathering, compilation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related questions, issues, and escalations.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with regional sales teams, global operations, and other key partners.
- Contribute to process improvement and key planning initiatives.
- Proactively review reports and dashboards to identify and correct data misalignments.
- Handle tickets from sales teams regarding changes in their books of business.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in data-related roles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, tables, filters, PivotTables, etc.).
- Proficiency in other Microsoft desktop applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge/experience of Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
- Familiarity with analytical and reporting processes in sales, service, and/or marketing.
- Project and/or program management experience.
